Huangdi＇s Canon of Internal Medicine bolds that ＂unity of man and universe＂ is the basis of medical theory which contains plenty of traditional Chinese natural philosophy.It states that man comes from universe and shares some characteristics with the universe,and man and universe have some similarities in some respects.Furthermore,to some degree,man and universe link through qi,Therefore,correspondence between man and universe,universe being the basis of man ,is the original angle to know the human being in Huangdi＇s Canon of Internal Medicine.
