摘要
通过对配料系统电子皮带秤在使用过程中存在问题的分析,找出影响皮带秤计量准确度的多种原因。根据现场实际情况,提出具体的改造方案,并论证。改造后,运行良好。
By analyzing the problems in using electroic belt conveyor scale in blending system, some causes that effecting measurement accuracy of electronic belt conveyor scale are found out. Based on actual operating condition, concrete improving schemes are given out. The effect is visible and solving the problem of measuring coal and oral in blending system.
