摘要
从分析反射裂缝的形成机理着手,提出要实现旧水泥混凝土路面的彻底改造,必须使破碎后的水泥混凝土颗粒粒径尽量分布在目标区。共振破碎机高频低幅的特点正好满足这一要求,且具有分布冲击力的作用,可以保持路基的平整性和强度均匀性,避免对相关设施的损坏和减少对环境的影响。通过合理的设计和施工可以延长路面的寿命。
Based on the analysis of the forming mechanism of reflecting cracks,it is put forward that the diameter of granule should be distributed as possible as it can in the aim area to realize the goal of rebuilding the cement concrete pavement fully. The characters of high frequency and low amplitude of resonant machine just meet the requirements. The machine can allocate load, maintain the integrity and strength, prevent the damages to relative establishment and decrease the effects to environments. With appropriate design methods and construction technology, the longevity of pavement can be delayed.
