树突细胞体外扩增及其修饰在肿瘤免疫治疗中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 树突细胞(DCs)是体内功能最强的专职抗原提呈细胞。它们启动并调控免疫反应,通过直接的细胞细胞作用和细胞因子生成在联系天然和获得性免疫中扮演重要的角色。因此,在调节以及增强抗癌症和感染性疾病的免疫治疗中,DC的功能及调控研究是关键的热点问题之一。本文就DC的体外扩增及其在肿瘤免疫治疗中的作用进行综述。
