摘要
以柠檬酸为络合剂,采用溶胶凝胶法制备出Ca3Co2O6粉体,利用TG DTA,XRD,FT IR,SEM等手段对Ca3Co2O6进行了表征.实验结果表明,干凝胶的煅烧温度在950℃之间,时间2 h,可制备纯相Ca3Co2O6粉体.该粉体的形貌为蠕虫状,直径0.6μm,长约3μm.
Ca3Co2O6 powders have been synthesized by a sol-gel process, using citrate as complexing agent. Ca3Co2O6 powders were characterized by thermogravimetry differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy. The results show wormlike Ca3Co2O6 powders can be obtained after the dry gel calcined at 950℃ for 2 h with the diameter of 0.6μm and length of 3μm.
