摘要 频率是电能质量的主要参数,为更准确的对频率进行测量,开发研制电力系统专用的虚拟仪器非常必要。本文介绍了虚拟仪器以及当今流行的虚拟仪器开发软件LabVIEW,并以该软件为开发平台,结合相关原理和傅立叶算法,设计出应用于电力系统频率测量的虚拟仪器系统,该设计方案已成功地在模拟试验室实现。实践证明这项技术能提高准确性,另外,这项技术也能降低费用。 Frequency is the main parameter of power quality to make frequency measuremert more accurate. It is necessary to develop the virtual instrument for power system. This paper introduces the conception and character of virtual instruments(VI) and the prevailing developing software LabVIEW, based on which, the virtual instrument for frequency measurement of power system is designed and implemented. This VI system is considerably different from the conventional measuring system in both the structure and functions. The practice proves that the new technology of frequency measurement in power systern based on VI technology can improve the veracity and real time character, and it can also reduce the cost and developing period of the equipment.
