摘要 阐述了火力发电厂锅炉水冷壁管高温腐蚀和磨损的机理,总结了防止水冷壁高温腐蚀和磨损的方法。得出积极采用热喷涂技术是火电厂锅炉水冷壁高温防腐耐磨最可靠的解决方法的结论。 In thermal power plant, the cause of high-temperature corrosion and abrasion of Boiler water-cooled wall is complex, but usually it is caused by high temperature flame in furnace, sulfur erosion in fired coal, the abrasion of ash granule in flue gas and so on. In order to prevent high-temperature corrosion and abrasion, the method of surface or non-surface protection is often used. The technology of hot spray and smear is reliable in solving this problem.
