摘要
本文从增加气液有效传质面积着手,认为提高吸收速率,有利于产品达到或接近平衡含气量,进而提高碳酸饮料的含气量。为此,文中提出了一种新型气液传质元件。
The increasing effective area of gas - liquid transfer could raise not only the absorption rate but also the gas content in carbonic acid drink . A new mass transfer element of gas - liquid was discussed.
