摘要
本文在实验上比较了COLOC和近期发表的几个改进的远程C-H化学位移相关谱脉冲序列,综合各脉冲序列优点提出了一个改进的COLOCH序列。用一键(~1J_ch)相关峰压制率和远程相关峰成功率作为判断脉冲序列的依据。研究结果表明,Martin,COLOCS和COLOCH是较成功的脉冲序列,而且实验参数设置对实验的成功十分重要。
A few modified long-range C - H chemical shift correlation pulse sequences published recently have been experimentally compared with COLOC sequence in this paper. A new modified pulse sequence named by COLOCH has been proposed by synthesizing the advantages of every pulse sequences. The one bond suppression rate and success rate of long-range cross peak have been taken as evidence for judgement of the pulses. The results show that Martin pulses, COLOC3 and COLOCH sequences are more successful and setting experimental parametcis is of great importance for success of experiments.
