康寿灵含药血清对H_2O_2诱导的SH-SY5Y神经细胞损伤的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察康寿灵含药血清对过氧化氢(H2O2)诱导的SH-SY5Y神经细胞损伤的保护作用。方法采用体外细胞培养的方法,建立SH-SY5Y神经细胞H2O2损伤模型。通过观察细胞形态,测定细胞存活率(MTT法)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性,检测康寿灵含药血清对SH-SY5Y神经细胞损伤的保护作用。结果同模型组比较,体积分数为0.05、0.10、0.15的康寿灵含药血清能减轻H2O2引起的SH-SY5Y神经细胞的损伤,明显提高细胞的存活率,减少LDH的释放量。结论康寿灵含药血清对H2O2诱导的SH-SY5Y神经细胞损伤具有明显的保护作用。 Objective To investigate the protective effect of Kangshouling-containing serum on the damage of cultured SH-SY5Y cells. Methods The damage of cultured SH-SYSY cells was made by hydrogen peroxide. The protective effect of Kangshouling containing serum was observed by morphological identification, colorimetric MTT assay, and LDH activity. Results Kangshouling-containing serum (0.05,0.10,0.15) can relieve the damage of SHLSYSY cells and increase the survival of the cells, and lower their LDH release. Conclusion Kangshouling-containng serum can strongly protect the cultured SH-SYSY cells from damage induced by hydrogen peroxide.
