摘要
目的 探讨2型糖尿病(DM)并心、脑血管病变与血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平的关系.方法 用化学发光法测定49例2型DM病人及51例正常对照者血浆HCY水平.结果 2型DM病人无并发症组及有心、脑血管并发症组血浆HCY水平均较正常对照组明显升高,有心、脑血管并发症组较无并发症组升高,差异均有显著性(F=5.77,q=2.82~12.66,P〈0.05、0.01).高HCY血症组心、脑血管病的发生率较HCY正常组明显升高(χ^2=4.72,P〈0.05).结论 高HCY血症可能是DM病人易并发心、脑血管病的危险因素,早期给予干预治疗可能有助于延缓并发症的发生发展.
Objective To investigate the relationship between the plasma homocysteine (HCY) level and incipient cardio-cerebrovascular complication in type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). Methods Forw-nine patients with type 2 DM and 51 normal controls were involved in this study. The concentration of plasma HCY was examined by chemiluminescence technique. Results The concentration of HCY was significantly higher in type 2 DM with or without cardio-cerebrovascular complications than that in control subjects, and the plasma HCY level was higher in type 2 DM with cardio-cerebrovascular complications than in those without complications (F=5.77 ,q=2. 82-12. 66,P〈0. 05,0. 01). Diabetic patients with hyperhomocysteinmia had a higher incidence of cardio cerebrovascular complications compared with non hyperhomocysteinmia patients (χ^2 = 4. 72, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Hyperhomocysteinmia may be a risk factor of cardio-cerebrovascular complication in type 2 DM. Early clinical intervention may delay the development of the complications.
