摘要
研究了在不同条件下制备的钙钛矿复合氧化物在6mol·L-1KOH溶液中在碳电极上对氧还原反应的催化效果。通过极化曲线方法对电极的性能研究发现,钙钛矿在经过冷冻-高温处理或者超声波分散处理后对氧还原(ORR)反应的催化效果加强。借助交流阻抗方法对上述不同条件下制备的钙钛矿氧化物的催化机理进行了研究,认为通过冷冻-高温和超声波分散等后处理,钙钛矿催化剂与活性炭载体的接触更好,增加了电极的实际反应面积,加快了反应物和生成物的扩散速度。
Oxygen reduction on Teflon-bonded carbon electrodes with perovskite oxide as catalyst in 6 mol· L^-1 KOH solution which perpared under different conditions was studied in this paper.Polarization plot indicated that after freeziong-high temperature or ultrasonic dispersion treatings ,the effect ofperovskite was optimized.Catalysis mechanism ofperovskite oxide was investigated using EIS. The treatments improve the contact between the catalyst and the carbon supporting materials,and improve the diffusion rate of reactants and products,and increase the actual reaction area.
