hTERT基因表达上调与儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病髓系抗原表达的关系 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨人类端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)基因表达上调与儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)髓系抗原表达的关系。方法采集42例ALL患儿的骨髓标本,分别进行细胞形态学及细胞化学染色,确定其FAB类型,运用一组相关的单克隆抗体,采用流式细胞仪及直接免疫荧光标记技术进行免疫分型,采用吉姆萨G显带技术进行核型分析;同时,采用半定量RT-PCR方法检测其外周血hTERT的表达水平。结果儿童ALL髓系抗原表达阳性率26.19%,髓系抗原表达的ALLhTERT-mRNA表达水平高于无髓系抗原表达的ALL,而正常对照组无或低表达hTERT-mRNA。结论伴髓系抗原表达的儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病hTERT-mRNA表达上调。
