瘦素受体基因多态性及瘦素水平对应用糖皮质激素患者骨量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 糖皮质激素(GC)长程治疗相关的骨质疏松症已逐渐成为肾科医师关注的重要问题。迄今为止,已发现多种瘦素受体(LEPR)基因的多态性。Koh等发现.在LEPR基因的5种多态性(Lys109Arg、Gln223Arg、Ser492Thr、Ala976Asp、Pro1019Pro)中,Gln223Arg在骨质的形成中起一定的作用,而且有可能受雌激素受体基因多态性的影响。本研究对LEPR基因Gln223Atg单核苷酸多态性、血清瘦素水平与应用GC患者骨量的相关性进行了研究。
