瘦素受体基因多态性及瘦素水平对应用糖皮质激素患者骨量的影响 被引量：4

摘要 糖皮质激素（GC）长程治疗相关的骨质疏松症已逐渐成为肾科医师关注的重要问题。迄今为止，已发现多种瘦素受体（LEPR）基因的多态性。Koh等发现．在LEPR基因的5种多态性（Lys109Arg、Gln223Arg、Ser492Thr、Ala976Asp、Pro1019Pro）中，Gln223Arg在骨质的形成中起一定的作用，而且有可能受雌激素受体基因多态性的影响。本研究对LEPR基因Gln223Atg单核苷酸多态性、血清瘦素水平与应用GC患者骨量的相关性进行了研究。
