摘要 工业规模生产活性双歧杆菌饮品及制剂,选择添加何种生长促进物质,是一种亟待解决的问题。对各种农副产品和中药材进行了广泛的普查试验,研制了几种高效的双歧杆菌生长促进物质,其中尤以两种豆类的双酶水解液的促生效果特别显著。采用单一双歧杆菌试验其凝乳时间,可由25~35h缩短到5~7h,且菌数增长十分迅速,是一种味纯、色淡、安全、高效而价廉的促生物质,含有复合双歧因子,可应用于工业生产上培养双歧杆菌(其最适添加量为2%~5%),也可直接制成保健功能食品。 By producing the active Bifidobacterium drink and preparation on industrial scale, the problem solved in this investigation urgently needed for the choice of growth-promoting additive. The author has made studies to all kinds of farm subproducts and traditional chinese medicine, then got several efficient bifidus growth factors, in which two kinds of beau bienzyme hydrolyzed solution have especially remarkable efficiency. Observing lactic congealment time of single Bifidobacterium, but showed a marked decrease (from 25~35 h decreased to 5~7 h) and bacterial flora grew very quickly. It is a light, safe, efficient and cheap growth-promoter, its taste is also pure. It contains complex bifidus growth factors, and can be applied to culture Bifidobobterium in industry (the amount of addition is 2% ~ 5 % ), it also can be made into functional food.
