Features and technical analyses on waste gas treatment of GCPN 6 000 t/d pyro-processing system

GCPN6 000t/d项目烧成系统废气处理工艺与常规水泥厂设计不同,窑尾废气未设增湿塔,采用管道喷水降温;窑头篦冷机废气未在窑头设置独立收尘排放系统,而是与窑、磨废气共用1台袋式收尘器,处理后一起排放。

Differed from normal cement plant design, no conditioning tower is equipped for waste gas treatment in pyro-processing system of GCPN 6000t/d project; instead, pipe water spraying is adopted. Independent dust collecting and emission system is not installed for vent gas treatment from grate cooler at kiln outlet; instead, they will be emitted together with waste gas from kiln and mill after dedusting at the same bag filter.
