摘要
利用脂肪酶催化油脂水解反应,实现豆油脱臭馏份中甘油酯的水解分离,以利于天然维生素E的提取。其中,选择的脂肪酶为解脂假丝酵母,本文对脂肪酶用量、油水比、反应时间及反应温度等工艺条件进行了探索。
in order to recover natural vitamin E from the by-product of vegetabie oil refining, the lipolytic enzymes are used to catalyze the hydrolysis of glycerides in a deodorized distillate from the step of deodorizing soybean oil in the paper. The lipolytic enzymes being selected are camlicla lipolylica. And the technological targets,such as the weight of lipolytic enzymes being added,the ratio of oil to water,reaction time and reacting temperature are explored.
