三种建立小鼠乳腺癌移植模型方法的比较 被引量:8

摘要 目的:用MA782细胞建立稳定的小鼠乳腺癌模型,选择最佳的模型制作方法。方法:60只BALB/c小鼠随机分为3组,每组20只,分别采用小鼠左腋窝皮下细胞悬液注射法、组织块悬液注射法、组织块种植法制作小鼠乳腺癌模型,比较各组的种植成活率、肿瘤生长率,并观察肿瘤的生物学形态。结果:组织块悬液注射法操作简便,经济,成瘤率高,肿瘤大小均一,肿瘤呈浸润性生长,增殖旺盛;细胞悬液注射法操作复杂,价格昂贵;组织块种植法操作复杂,成瘤率较低,大小相差较大。结论:三种方法中,组织块悬液注射法是最佳的模型制作方法。 Objective: To cancer. Methods. select a better method to establish a stable mouse model of MA-782 breast Sixty mice were divided into three groups randomly, with 20 in each. Injection of tumor cells suspension, injection of tumor tissue mass suspension and implantation of tumor tissue was done hypodermally respectively in the left axilla of mice in the three groups. Tumor- take rate and tumor growth rate of tumor-bearing mice were compared, and the biological features of tumor were observed. Results: Models were established more easily, economically and successfully by injecting tissue mass suspension, and tumor proliferated rapidly and conformed to the biological feature of malignant tumor. The process was intricate and expensive by injection of tumor cell suspension. And by the method of tumor tissue implantation, the process was intricate, tumor-take rate was low, and the tumor sizes were various. Conclusion: Injection of tissue mass suspension is the best way in the three methods.
