P27和PCNA在原发性胆囊癌中的表达和相关性

Expression and Correlation of P27 and PCNA in Gallbladder Carcinoma Tissues

目的:探讨P27蛋白(P27)和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)在原发性胆囊癌中的表达和意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测40例胆囊癌组织中P27和PCNA蛋白的表达,分析其表达的意义和相关性。结果:PCNA阳性率为55.0%(22/40),P27阳性表达率为42.5%(17/40),两者与患者的年龄和性别均无相关性(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),与组织学分级有关(P<0.05),PCNA和P27在胆囊癌中的表达无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:胆囊癌组织中PCNA和P27的表达可能是反映胆囊癌生物学行为和预测预后的重要指标。

Objective： To investigate correlation of the expression of P27 and PCNA and the clinicobiological behaviors in human gallbladder carcinoma tissues. Methods： The expression of P27 and PCNA in 40 cases of human gallbladder carcinoma were detected with immunohistochemistry of SP. Results： The positive expression rate of PCNA and P27 was 55.0%（22/40） and 42.5%（17/ 40） respectively. Both of the two targets＇ rate had no relationship with patients＂ age and gender （all P〉0.05）, but they all related with lymph-node metastasis and pathological grading （all P〈 0.05）. The expression of PCNA in gallbladder carcinoma had no relationship with the expression of P27 （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The expression of P27 and PCNA may be regarded as an important marker in biological characters and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.
