摘要
本文在分析国内外各种巧克力精磨机优缺点基础上，设计和研究了一种适合我国巧克力生产需要的中、小型球磨精磨机。通过正变试验对主要工作参数进行了优化，得到了较佳的工作参数。其主要指标（细度、功耗）达到并超过国外同类产品的水平，与利板式精磨机相比节能达５０％以上。
On the basis of analysing the advantages and drawbacks of all kinds of chocolate fine milling machine, a new type one in pilot or small scale has been designed which will meet the needs of chocolate produce-factory in our country. The working parameters were optimized by orthogonal experiments. The main performances, particle size and energy consumption, of the machine are better than those of the same machines abroad. Compared with the fine milling machine with planks,about 50% energy consumption could be saved.
