摘要
目的研究镍铬合金烤瓷全冠镀金处理对适合性的影响。方法取离体前磨牙18颗,随机分为3组,每组6颗,常规镍铬合金烤瓷全冠修复。3组金属底层冠采取不同的处理措施:对照组,不作处理;抛光组,抛光后进行镀金处理;喷砂组,喷砂后进行镀金处理。全冠就位黏结后,用自凝基托树脂包埋牙体,硬固后沿颊舌向中线用高压砂水射流切割机切开,在体视显微镜下测量牙合面、轴面、边缘的适合性。结果镀金组适合性高于未镀金组,且差别有统计学意义,喷砂组适合性优于抛光组,但差别无统计学意义。结论镀金处理后,非贵金属烤瓷全冠适合性有所提高。
Objective To study the effect of gold-plating technique on the adaptation of Ni-Cr metal ceramic full crown. Methods Eighteen extracted caries-free premolars were divided into three groups according to the treatments of the metal crowns. In group 1, there is no treatment. In group 2, the crowns were polished t:efore gold-plating. In group 3, the crowns were sandblasted before gold-plating. All the crowns were bonded to the corresponding teeth with zinc phosphate eement(ZP) and measured the thickness at eight sites to compare the adaptation. Results There were statistically differences in both the adhesive thickness and the marginal diserepence among the three groups (P 〈 0.05). The adaptation of crowns using gold-plating technique was significandy improved. Conclusion It suggests that gold-plating technique might be useful to improve the adaptation of Ni-Cr metal eeramic full crowns.
