摘要
本文主要对改性PPTA(聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺)四元共聚作了研究,探索了四元共缩聚反应时单体的最佳配比,并对共聚体的结构与性能进行了分析。实验结果表明引入较少量的第三、第四单体所得四元共聚体不仅基本保持了PPTA原有的优良性能:耐热性与PPTA相近,溶解性能优于PPTA。而且作为改性引入的第三、第四单体用量比较少,从而降低了成本。
This article studies modified PPTA tetra-copolyrner and investigates optimum ration of monomer when tetra-copolymer is reacted. The structure and properties of copolymer are al so analyzed. It is believed that by introducing a small quantity of third and fourth monomers, the copolymer obtainted, not only basically keeps the nature of PPTA, such as heat stability is similar to PPTA, dissolvability is improved, but also the quantity of 3rd and 4th monomer in troduced for modification is less, and the cost is reduced.
