摘要
聚氨酯合成革生产中,为了降低成本,改善性能,经常在涂层浆中添加填充剂纤维素粉末等。为了提高聚氨酯合成革的吸湿性,本文用改性羧甲基纤维素代替纤维素粉末作填充剂,并对分别添有纤维素粉末和改性羧甲基纤维素的聚氨酯膜的性能进行了比较。
The materials, such as calcium carbonate, cellulose powder, are often used as additives in manufacture of polyurethane leather for reducing the cost and improving the properties of products. In order to increasing the absorbency of polyurethane leathers, this paper deals with the modification of carboxymethyl cellulose. The polyurethane films with additives-modified carboxymethyl cellulose and cellulose powder were made respectively in laboratory. Moreover, the mechanical properties and absorbent quality of the PU films were also measured and compared.
