摘要
目的:探讨黏附分子及黏附蛋白调节因子在不同原因导致的子宫内膜/蜕膜异常出血组织中的变化。方法:应用免疫组织化学的方法,对正常与异常出血的子宫内膜/蜕膜组织中的ICAM-1,MMP-9和TIMP-1进行标记,并应用图像分析对实验结果进行定量分析。结果:子宫内膜/蜕膜出血区ICAM-1显著减少(P<0.01),MMP-9显著增多(P<0.01),MMP-9/TIMP-1比值明显失调。结论:对细胞间黏附蛋白起调节作用的MMP-9和TIMP-1的平衡紊乱,是子宫内膜局部黏附蛋白含量降低,导致血管易断裂,及蜕膜局部黏附蛋白未能降低,导致蜕膜不易脱落,最终导致异常出血的主要原因之一。
Objective: To explore the correlation between the adhesion molecule and its regulators and the abnormal bleeding in endometrium/deciduas. Methods: Immunohistochemical methods were applied to detect ICAM-1 as well as MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in endometrium/deciduas. Quantitative analysis was applied to measure the expression of these proteins. Results: In bleeding areas of endometrium/deciduas, the expression of ICAM-1 decreased significantly comparing with nonbleeding areas (P〈0.01), however, MMP-9 increased greatly(P〈0.01).The balance between MMP-9 and TIMP-1 was disturbed. Conclusion: The abnormal enhancement of MMP-9 or the ratio of MMP-9/TIMP- 1 changed may induce the decreased expression of adhesion protein, and the decreased flexibility of blood vessels, eventually caused abnormal uterine bleeding.
