摘要
背景与目的:研究某孕宝营养液的致畸性和遗传毒性,为其应用提供安全性毒理学评价依据。材料与方法:设0.83、1.67、3.33g/kg3个剂量组,进行传统致畸研究;设8、40、200、1000和5000μg/皿5个剂量组,进行Ames试验;设2.5、5.0和10.0g/kg3个剂量组,观察其对小鼠骨髓细胞微核和小鼠精子畸形的影响。结果:3个剂量组各项指标均未见有明显的母体毒性和胚胎毒性、致畸性。各剂量组在体内体外致突变性研究中未见有遗传毒性。结论:在本实验条件下,某孕宝营养液无致畸性和遗传毒性。
BACKGROUND & AIM: To study the teratogenicity and mutagenicity of a particular health food for pregnant woman, in order to assess its safety. MATERIAL AND METHODS: Teratogenicity study was set up using doses of 0.83, 1.67 and 3.33 /kg in rats, and Salmonella typhimurium/mammals microsomal enzyme test, at the doses of 8, 40,200, 1 000 and 5 000 μg/plate, bone marrow cell mironucleus test and sperm abormality test in mice, at the doses of 2.5,5.0 and 10.0 g/kg. RESULTS: There was no obvious maternal toxicity , embryotoxicity and teratogenicity,and also there was no inherited toxicity in vitro and in vivo testing system. CONCLUSION: Our study showed that this particular health food for pregnant woman had no teratogenicity nor mutagenicity.
