摘要
应用超薄切片技术对水泡性口炎病毒(VSV)在BHK-21细胞上的形态发生和早期发育进行了观察。结果表明,VSV能导致BHK-21细胞圆缩,胞浆严重空泡化,线粒体嵴断裂及空泡化;病毒在细胞浆内复制、增殖,在细胞膜上以出芽方式获得囊膜而成熟。
The morphopoiesis and progenesis of the vesicular stomatitis virus in baby hamster kidney celI-21(BHK-21) were observed by using electron microscope. The results showed that BHK-21 cell became round in shape; a lot of vacuoles occurred in its cytoplasm; the mitochondria vacuolated and the ridge of mitochondria ruptured. Virus replicated and then multiplied within the cytoplasm. It was matured through obtaining the capsid from cellular membrane via budding.
