摘要
取1日龄AA商品代混合雏鸡240只,随机分为对照组、CMN-组和CMN-组,分别饲喂添加0g/kg、1g/kg和2g/kg纳米载铜蒙脱石(CMN)的玉米-豆粕型日粮42d。笼养,24h光照,自由采食和饮水。结果表明,CMN-和CMN-组肉鸡的体增重和饲料利用效率显著高于对照组,但CMN-组和CMN-组之间无差异显著性。小肠黏膜绒毛高度和隐窝深度微测结果显示,CMN-和CMN-组小肠黏膜形态要明显优于对照组。此外,日粮中添加1~2g/kg的CMN,肉鸡小肠黏膜麦芽糖酶、氨基肽酶N和碱性磷酸酶的活性明显升高,小肠内容物消化酶也有升高的趋势。由此可见,CMN能改善小肠黏膜形态,提高肠黏膜和内容物中消化酶的活性,进而促进饲料养分的消化与吸收,有益于肉鸡生长和饲料效率的改善。
Two hundred and forty 1-day-old Arbor Acres broiler chicks were randomly divided into control, CMN- Ⅰ and CMN- Ⅱ groups, and fed with basal corn-soybean meal diet containing 0 g/kg, 1 g/kg and 2 g/kg Cu^2+-loaded montmorillonite nanoparticles (CMN) for a period of 42 days, respectively. The chicks were raised in cages and the feeds and water provided ad libitum. The results showed that the addition of 1 g/kg or 2 g/kg CEM to the diet increased significantly the body weight and feed efficiency, but a similarly significant change was not found between CMN- Ⅰ and CMN- Ⅱ groups. Data of villus height and crypt depth for small intestine indicated that mucosal morphology of chicks fed with the diets containing 1 g/kg or 2 g/kg were better than the control. The activities of mahase, aminopeptidase N and alkaline phosphatase in small intestinal mucosa of broilers fed the diets added with 1 g/kg or 2 g/kg CMN significantly increased as compared with the control. Also, there was a tendency for the digestive enzyme activities in small intestinal content to be slightly higher than the control. These resuits suggest that dietary addition of CMN can improve the small intestinal mucosal morphology, increase the content and activities of digestive enzyme in small intestinal mucosa, and thereby promote the digestion and absorption. These would be beneficial to the increase of body weight and feed efficiency in the broiler.
