摘要
目的:分析囊性肾癌的CT表现,旨在提高术前正确诊断率。材料与方法:复习10例经手术病理证实的囊性肾癌的CT表现,对其囊壁、分隔及壁上的实性结节进行研究,并与手术病理对照。结果:肿瘤位于左肾6例,右肾4例;单囊6例,多囊4例;囊壁厚薄不均伴壁结节7例,壁结节不清3例;囊内4例密度均匀,6例混杂;10例肿瘤实性成份均有中度以上强化。结论:囊性肾癌的CT表现有一定特征性,CT是较有价值的常用检查方法。
Purpose： To analyze the CT characteristics of cystic carcinoma. Materials and Methods： CT fmdinss of cystic renal carcinoma in 10 parents proved by operation and pathology were retrospectively reviewed. And the cystic wails, septums and solid mural nodules of diem were studied. And those were con-elated with the results of operation and pathology. Results： The tumor was located in right kidney in 4 eases and left kidney in 6 eases; The cystic carcinoma showed single cystic cavity in 6 eases, multiple cystic cavities in 4 cases; unevencystic wall and mural nodule in the cavity in 7 cases, without mural nodule in the cavity in 3 eases; Even density in the cavity in 4 cases , uneven density in 6 ease; The solid part of the tumor in all the 10 cases was enhanced mode rately or strongly. Conclusion： Cystic renal carcinoma has certain CT characteristics, and CT can play an important role in diagnosis.
