成人输尿管囊肿的影像学表现(附12例报告)

Imaging Findings of Adult Ureterocele (Report of 12 Cases)

目的:探讨成人输尿管囊肿的影像学表现,提高对其认识。材料与方法:收集经X线、CT、MRI及B超检查发现,并经膀胱镜、手术证实的12例成人输尿管囊肿,进行回顾性分析、研究,并复习相关文献及资料。结果:囊肿多局限于输尿管下段,单侧或双侧;“眼镜蛇头”征或“光晕征”为其特征性表现;MRI检查可确定囊肿的真实范围,但在定性诊断上不如增强后CT;B超检查经济、方便、快捷、无创伤,应作为发现病例的首选方法。结论:结合各种影像检查表现,可对成人输尿管囊肿作出正确诊断,静脉尿路造影(IVU)及排尿期膀胱造影检查对临床制定合理的手术方案具有重要意义。

Purpose： To study the imaging findings of adult ureterocele, increasing as to it＇s known. Materials and Methods： 1;2 cases of adult ureterocele checked by X- ray , CT, MRI and B - ultrasonography and proved by operation were analyzed and researched retro- spectively. Results： The cheek saw the cyst much more limited at ureter bottom segment, single or double side, like ＂cobra head＂ or ＂light dizzy＂; The size of the biggest one is 3.1cm × 4.5cm, and the smallest is 0.8cm × 1.2cm; There are some calculi in some cysts. The MRI qualitative diagnose was not as good as CT; B- ultrasonography is economic, convenience, and it should he the preferred routine examination used for finding pathological changes and primary diagnose. Conclusion- Combining all kind of image check findings, we can make the right diagnese for adult ureterocele generally. The IVU and the check in the voiding stage cystography have very important meaning to establish the reasonable surgical project in clinic.
