摘要
目的研究环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达及相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测28例口腔鳞状细胞癌组织、15例正常口腔粘膜组织中COX-2、VEGF、EGFR蛋白的表达情况。结果口腔鳞状细胞癌组织中COX-2的高表达率为60.71%,与正常口腔粘膜的表达比较有统计学意义,但与患者的性别,年龄,肿瘤的部位及病理学分级无关(P>0.05)。在口腔鳞状细胞癌中VEGF的阳性表达率为53.57%,EGFR高染表达率为67.86%,均与COX-2表达成正相关趋势(P<0.05)。结论COX-2蛋白可能在口腔鳞状细胞癌的发生发展中起作用。并且与VEGF、EGFR的表达成正相关趋势,VEGF、EGFR可能是COX-2在口腔鳞状细胞癌发生发展作用机制中的环节。
Objective To investigate the expression and correlativity of COX - 2, VEGF and EGFR in oral squamous cell carcinomas (OSCCs). Methods The protein expression of COX - 2, VEGF and EGFR in formalin - fixed and paraffin-embedded blocks of 28 OSCCs tissues and 15 normal oral tissues was analyzed by immunohistochemical method. Results Positive rate of COX - 2 in OSCCs was 60.71%. There was a difference between OSCCs and normal mucosas (P 〈 0.05), but no correlation was found between the positive rates of COX- 2 and the age, gender of patients, locus of tumor, and pathological grade ( P 〉 0.05 ). Positive rates of VEGF and EGFR in OSCCs were 53.57 % and 67.86 %, respectively. Furthermore, the protein expression of VEGF and EGFR were correlated with COX - 2. Condusion COX - 2 might play a role in the carcinogenesis and progression of OSCCs. The protein expression was correlated with VEGF and EGFR, that may contribute to expression of COX - 2.
