成年SD大鼠动眼神经再生规律的研究 被引量：10

摘要 　　长期以来,人们认为动眼神经损伤后不能再生,功能不能恢复.直到20世纪80年代,人们才在临床上成功修复了动眼神经损伤,尽管仅是个案报道,功能恢复也不够理想,但这使人们重新对颅神经损伤后再生和功能修复产生了信心.尤其是近年来,随着神经放射学、显微外科技术和神经组织学检查技术的进步,相关研究报道逐渐增多,但迄今尚未阐明动眼神经损伤后神经再生的规律,临床尚缺乏有效的修复技术.因此,作者试图通过研究动眼神经功能修复的解剖学和组织学基础,来探索动眼神经再生的规律.
