二氧化硫排放带来的大气污染,对人类的生存环境和经济的可持续发展造成了严重的危害,各国针对二氧化硫污染都进行积极的控制,如何制定有效的政策对其控制,是理论和实践上需要解决的问题。RAINS-ASIA模型提供了关于二氧化硫控制战略形成的系统分析方法,在分析RAINS-ASIA模型的形成过程、分析方法和主要结构与整体思路的基础上,对山东省的二氧化硫排放和控制成本进行了预测分析。

The pollution of the atmosphere brought about bye the emissions of SO2 is not only detrimental to the environment in which human beings live, but impede sustainable development of economy as well. What measures should be taken and what policies should be implemented by governments of all countries involved to control the pollution of SO2 is both a theoretical and practical issue that should be addressed effectively. RAINS-ASIA model is a method for systematically analyzing SO： control strategy. This paper firstly analyzes the formation, analytical method, and structure of RAINS-ASIA model, and then predicts the SO2 emissions and control cost of Shandong province.
