摘要
本文介绍了经系统研究确定的测定山楂及山楂制品中总黄酮的比色法。样品经乙醇抽提,聚酰胺吸附提纯,以Al(NO_3)_3显色法于510nm下测定,以芦丁为标准计算含量,该方法最低检出浓度为0.12%,相对标准偏差为0.028~0.24%,平均回收率为102±7.1%,测定结果与其它方法无显著性差异。
colorimetric method for the determination of flavones in hawthron through systematic research was described. Extracted by ethanol and purified by polycaprolactam, flavones produced colour with aluminium nitrate that was quantitated by measurement of the absorbance at 510nm. Tlie rutin was used as a standard compound.The lowest limit of determination was 0. 12%.The precision(RSD%)was 0. 028~0.24.The recovery was 1 02. 0±7. 1%. Determination results showed satisfactory agreement with the other method.
