摘要
本文报道了从柚皮中提取食用色素的试验,对提取剂进行了优化实验,并在不同条件下探索了柚皮色素的稳定性。
xtraction method of the pigment from pomelo peel is reported in this paper.The extracting agent is selected by experiment and the stability of the pigment is investigated.
