摘要
《哈克贝利.芬历险记》(以下简称《哈》)是美国著名小说家马克.吐温的代表作。哈克和黑奴吉姆是小说的两个灵魂人物。哈克的语言风格以及吉姆的不标准语言是小说的最主要特点,也因此奠定了方言在美国文学作品中的地位。张万里生动地传译了哈克的语言风格,成时采用一些非标准言语的翻译方法再现了吉姆形象。然而,一部好的译著应该是两者的完美结合。
Huck Berry Finn is a famous novel written by Mark Twain, a well-known American writer. There are two key characteristics in the original.. Huck＇s language style and Jim＇s nonstandard language. Zhang Wanli vividly translated Huck＇s language style. Cheng Shi reproduced the image of Jim by using some translation strategies in translating Negro＇s nonstandard languages. However, a truely good version should be perfect in both of the two aspects.
