摘要
本文从诱惑侦查措施的起源和发展谈起,介绍了我国诱惑侦查司法实践的状况以及研究现况,然后对这一制度是否应在我国适用谈了几点个人看法。
In this paper, the author first mentions the origins and the development of the measures of temptation detection, and then introduces the conditions of the justice practice of temptation detection and researches in China. Afterwards, the author also tells us some of his own ideas about establishing temptation detection system in China.
