The ＂East Turkistan＂ terrorists＇ powers, which ambush in Xinjiang in China and central Asian nations, have become a great hidden danger to the stability of Xinjiang and the national security of the countries in central Asia. This article points out the important role of geopolitics layout in Xinjiang and Central Asian nations, discusses the ＂East Turkistan＂ problem of political balance mechanism, analyzes the hindrance of ＂East Turkistan＂ terrorists＇ powers at home and broad to the allocation of resources of geopolitics layout and explains its destruction to the relationship of input - output in geopolitics layout balance.
