摘要
对GH2132材料对接焊接头进行了两种不同温度(360℃和410℃)下的静载拉伸试验和疲劳试验。静载拉伸试验结果表明,应变速率对GH2132对接焊接头的断裂载荷影响不大。由疲劳试验结果得到了两种温度下的S-N曲线,利用该曲线和有限元分析预测了某GH2132材料对接焊构件焊接接头处的疲劳寿命,结果表明所得寿命满足此构件的设计要求。
In this paper, the experiments of static strength and fatigue have been completed on GH2132 butt weld joint at two different temperatures(360℃ and 410℃) . It is shown that the influence of the strain rate on the fracture stress can be neglectable. The S-N curves have also been obtained for two different temperatures. At last, the finite element analysis has been completed to predict the life of GH2132 butt weld joint with the help of S-N curves. The results have shown that the predication life of GH2132 butt weld joint can satisfy the requirement of design.
