摘要
本文介绍了中国科学院工程热物理研究所(IET)最新建成的暂冲式短周期涡轮实验台的装置结构和关键设备的研制原理及性能,描述了短周期涡轮实验过程、实验台的控制系统和测试系统,展示了本实验台的部分标志性实验结果。实验结果表明:实验台的建造是成功的,充分体现了短周期实验的长处,对验证和发展涡轮的设计与计算具有实际应用价值。
This paper presents the configuration, design principal and performance of a blowdown short duration turbine test rig newly built by Institute of Engineering Thermophysics (IET) of Chinese Academy of Sciences. Also described are the experiment procedure, rig control and instrumentation systems and some typical test results. The obtained data show that the construction of the short duration test rig is successful. It illustrates the advantages of short duration test method, and will have practical utilities to verification and development in turbine design and analysis.
