摘要
测试人员的测试能力直接影响到测试工作的进程,为此建立了测试能力评价指标体系,对指标的含义进行了说明,分析了定性、定量指标的量化方法,运用模糊层次评价法建立了测试能力评价模型。
Testing capability of surveyor can be affected. The evaluation index system about testing capability is put forward. Explain every index of indexes system, analyzed how to figure qualitative and quantitative indexes are presented. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluating method is used to evaluate testing capability.
