社会家庭因素与青少年心理健康关系分析

Relation Between Family and the Youngster＇s Mental Health

采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）及生活因素调查问卷对15678名大学生进行测查。结果提示，单亲家庭子女人际敏感、焦虑、敌对，精神病性因子分显着高于双亲家庭子女；家庭有意外事件者各因子分均高于家庭无意外事件者；家族有精神疾病者各因子分均高于家族有其它躯体疾病者；而家族有精神疾病和其它躯体疾病者各因子分高于家族无疾病者。表明，社会家族环境因素与青少年心理健康有一定关系。

Objective To investigate the relation between family and the youngster＇s mental health, and provide some scientific grounds for the youngster＇s mental health education. Methods Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） and family questionnaire are used to investigate 15624 university students from three universities in Henan Province. Results The scores of interpersonal sensitivity anxiety hostility and psychoticism of the students from single-parent family are significantly higher than those from both parents family; the scores of all factors of the students who had family incident （s） higher than those had not; the scores of all factors of the students whose family have psychoses higher than those have only other diseases; the scores of all factors of the students whose family have psychoses or other diseases higher than those have not. Conclusion there is certain correlation between family and the youngster＇s mental health.
