摘要
本文通过对高校辅导员工作存在充当“传声器”、受“权力因素”影响较大、遭遇“身心疲惫”等情况的分析,提出辅导员工作应从“短期专职”走向“职业化”。
The essay analyzed the three problems-speaking as a mouthpiece, impacted on by the factor of power,and mentally and physically exhausted-which existed in the work of Student Counselors and presented that Student Counselors in college should develop from temporary full-time staff to professional staff.
