摘要 我国进入汽车消费的旺盛时期,对人才的需求也提出了新的要求。本文从分析近年来我国汽车行业人才市场的现状入手,指出汽车人才需求空间大,但人才供给不足且流失严重。对产生这些现象的原因作了深入的探讨,最后提出改善汽车人才现状的对策建议,指出汽车人才的开发培养需政府、企业、高校协调一致,合理高效利用资源。 Now our automotive has in the bloom season so the new requirement for the talents has been raised. The article analyses the status of the human resource in the automotive industry in recently years. It also points out that talents are of lack of supply severely, although the demand volume for the automotive talents is large. The reason of these phenomena has been explored thoroughly. At last this article has given out counterplan and suggestion to prove the human resource situation in automotive industry:The fostering and developing of the automotive talents need coordination of the government, enterprises and university so as to utilize resources rationally and highly.
