摘要
对２６名急性一氧化碳（ＣＯ）中毒患者．抽血测定血浆内皮素一１（ＥＴ－１）和心脏肌钙蛋白Ｔ（ｃＴｎＴ），另设３０人的正常对照组．结果显示：不同等级的中毒患者ＥＴ－１含量不同，其间有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）；不同等级的中毒患者伴明显心肌损伤的百分率（以ｃＴｎＴ≥０．２μｇ／Ｌ为界限值）间亦有极其显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１）；ＥＴ－１与ｃＴｎＴ间有显著正相关性（Ｐ＜０．００５，ｒ＝０．６９４４）。提示；（１）ＥＴ－１和ｃＴｎＴ均可做为判断急性ＣＯ中毒程度的指标；（２）ＥＴ－１升高在急性ＣＯ中毒心肌损伤中起重要作用。
In this study,the plasma contents of endothelin-1(ET-1)and the seurm contents of cardiac specific TnT (cTnT ) were measured in a series of 26 acute CO poisoning patients.A control group of 30 healthy volunteers was set too.The results shuwed that significant difference(P<0.01) of plasma ET-1was present in the patients with varied Glasgow scores.Significcant difference(P<0.001) of cTnT exists between the petcentage of apparent myocardiol cell damage(limit value:cTnT≥0.2μg/L) in severe、moderate and mild cases.There is good positive correlation(P<0.05) between ET-1 and cTnT.These results reveal:(1)The concent of plasma ET-1 can be used as an index for the assessment of disease severity in acute CO poisoning patients,so can be the content of serum cTnT.(2)The high level of plasma ET-1 may play an important role in myocardiol cell damage in CO poisoning patients.
