摘要
介绍目前北京市既有建筑的节能改造现状,对北京市DBJ01-602-2004《居住建筑节能设计标准》、JGJ26-95《民用建筑节能设计标准(采暖居住建筑部分)》以及JGJ129-2000《既有采暖居住建筑节能改造技术规程》进行了比较,分析了北京市地方标准与国家标准及行业标准之间的差别,分析并提出北京市既有采暖居住建筑和大型公共建筑及普通公共建筑节能改造的依据。
The current situation of energy saving transformation ofexisting buildings in Beijing was introduced in the paper. The standardof energy saving design for residential buildings, energy saving designstandard for residential building (heating construction) and technicalspecification of energy saving transformation for existing residentialbuilding were compared by the author, and difference between Beijingstandard, national standard and industry standard was analyzed. Basesof energy saving transformation for residential buildings, large publicbuildings and normal public buildings were analyzed and pointed out inthe paper.
