摘要
介绍了采用直流和DUTY(高速反向)电源进行铝合金阳极氧化所获膜层电子显微分析结果。文中提供膜层表面、断面组织扫描电镜照片以及电解浸渗MoS_2减摩剂和阳极氧化电解着色膜层的断面X射线微区分析照片。
The results of the analyse of anodized film on aluminium alloy with direct current and DUTY power are described. Photographs of SEM of the film surface and the cross-section structute, of X-rsy microanalyse of the film cross-section in which MoS_2 anti-friction agent was electrolyticly impregnated and of the cross-section of eletrolytic colouring anodized film are given.
