虎掌南星不同工艺炮制品药理作用的比较

Comparison on Pharmacological Actions of Crude Pinella pedatiseeeat and Its Different Processed Samples

本文对河南禹州产虎掌南星生品、药典法炮制品、产地越鲜加工炮制品的主要药效和毒性进行了比较实验。结果证明虎掌南星生品毒性较强,炮制后毒性降低,产地加工炮制品药理作用明显。

The article reports the comparison on main Pharmacological actions and toxicities of the crude drugs, processed samples according to the stipulation as described under Pharmacopoeia and those processed fresh in production place for Pinella pedatiscecat. The results shows that the toxicity of the crude drugs is stronger arid it is lowered after processed. the pharmacological actions of samples processed fresh in production place are more obvious.
