摘要
介绍了一种多通道电液伺服加载系统的软硬件设计和实现过程。系统采用计算机分级测控,利用虚拟仪器开发平台LabVIEW和Borlandc进行监控软件设计,采用三台大吨位、大位移作动器完成协调加载,同时系统有16路高速应变采集通道,集控制和采集为一体,提高了系统的工作效率。
This paper discusses the structure, control method, system programming technology of multichannel Electrohydraulic servo harmony loading system. Meanwhile, software of monitoring supervisor based on LabVIEW, improved PID algorithm are covered in the paper. This system has been under application, which has performed well under practical test.
