摘要
采用酸性CellusoftTML酶与中性纤维素酶分别处理竹原纤维针织物,研究酶用量、酶处理时间、处理温度及处理液pH值对织物减量率、顶破强力和透气率的影响,以优化酶处理工艺。确定CellusoftTML酶处理的最佳工艺为:酶用量2%(owf),处理时间60 m in,处理温度50℃,处理浴pH值5。
The cellulase treatment of bamboo knitted fabric with acid enzyme Cellusoft^TM L and medium cellulase was carried out. The influence of enzyme dosage, treating time and temperature, pH value to deweighting loss percentage, bursting strength, permeating rate was studied. The enzyme treating process with Cellusoft^TM L was optimized, that is enzyme dosage 2% (owf), treating time 60 min, temperature 50℃, pH value 5.
