摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定迷迭香中迷迭香酸含量的方法。方法:运用Shim- pack VP-ODS(4.6 mm×150 mm,4.6μm)分析柱进行测定,流动相:甲醇-0.1%甲酸溶液(45:55 V/ V);流速:0.8 mL·min-1;检测波长:330 nm;柱温为30℃。结果:迷迭香酸与其它组分的分离效果好, 且在0.976-4.880μg内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为99.5%(RSD=0.8%,n=6)。结论:该测定方法能有效地消除迷迭香中其它成分的干扰,并且简便、准确、重现性好,可作为迷迭香质量控制的定量依据和含迷迭香酸植物资源调查的分析依据。
Objective: To develop a method to determine the content of rosmarinic acid in Rosmarinus officinalis L. by HPLC. Methods: Shim-pack VP-ODS (4.6 mm×150 mm, 4.6μm) was used as analytical columnand mobile phase was methanol-0.1% formic acid aqueous solution (45:55 V/V), and the flow rate was 0.8 mL·min^-1, and the detection wavelength was 330 nm, and the temperature of the column kept at 30 ℃. Results: The isolation effect between rosmarinic acid and other component was goodand the calibration curve showed good linear correlation within the amount range of rosmarinic acid from 0.976 to 4.880 μg (1=0.999 7). The average recovery rate and RSD were 99.5% and 0.8%(n=6) respectively. Conclusion: The method can effectively eliminate the disturbance of the others component in Rosmarinus officinalis L. and is Convenient, accurate and good reappearance. Moreover, It can be used as beth quantity basis of the quality control of Rosmarinus officinalis L. and the analytical basis of investigation of plant resource containing rosmarinic acid.
